Customer Relations & Clerical Staff
Clarice Bercegeay
Clarice is the Health Plus Customer Service Manager. She assists our clients in the resolution of
claims, billing and administrative issues. Clarice has been with Health Plus for five years and
has over twelve years previous experience as an administrative assistant and office manager.
Monica Eisert
Monica serves as a customer service representative, and administrative assistant. She also works
closely with our clients, carrier account representatives, and providers as an administrative
support person.
