DALE DUCOTE  
Dale Ducote, Founder and President of Health Plus, has over 15 years experience in the health insurance field.  Dale began his career in the Texas market where he oversaw a managing general agency.  He has specialized in medium to large group health benefit plans for the past 10 years.   He is currently serving on the board of the Baton Rouge Chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters, and is an active member of the Louisiana Business Group on Health and the Healthcare Alliance.  Dale also serves on numerous advisory boards and committees for healthcare providers on an ongoing basis.
